An Israeli company with creative approach to alcohol effects on various beverages consumption has developed a new beer composition to offer breweries and customers. The new Israeli company is engaged in scientific R&D in the field of alcohol components effects on beer and other beverages in order to find creative solutions to problems related to alcohol consumption. They have learnt the process of beer fermentation and noted that, despite breweries invested many resources to get the perfect taste, the alcohol influence (uplifting effect and feeling of pleasure) were left unaltered. The comedown and hangover side-effects associated with sobering up remain an integral part of alcohol consumption. The company has discovered a way to boost the production of dopamine within the body during alcohol consumption. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that helps: a) controlling brain's reward and pleasure centers, b) regulating movement and emotional responses, and it enables us not only to see rewards, but to move toward them. Alcohol consumption creates relaxing and carefree experience of the alcohol "buzz".
The main concept of the offered invention is to motivate the body to reproduce rapidly its dopamine supply during the consumption of alcohol. The process results in increased dopamine secretion and non-decline over time. In view of medical / physiological aspect, this mechanism promotes a natural process that prevents dramatic alteration of dopamine supply levels in brain, significant in the negative effects that follow acute alcohol consumption. Additionally, the company studies suggest an ability of the same mechanism to help reducing the risk of the alcohol dependency development.
The developed product formulation contains ingredients that improve the brain's dopamine mechanism. All ingredients are natural, flavorless or odorless, are used in the food industry and meet the FDA and European standards. Their addition to alcoholic beverages establishes a steady-state highly available supply of dopamine within the nervous system from the very first moment of alcohol intake, thus neutralizing negative effect of alcohol consumption. The formulation does not change taste of the beer and is added at an advanced stage in the production process, so does not require special adjustments both in the composition of the beer itself and in the production line.
